Se registr\u00f3 una asistencia de m\u00e1s de 2 mil personas al evento donde participaron 30 expertas y expertos en el arte culinario, originarios de m\u00e1s de 16 municipios de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno del Estado de Puebla, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico, que encabeza Yadira Lira y en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Arte y Cultura, a cargo de Alejandra Pacheco, organiz\u00f3 este evento que tuvo como objetivo el rescatar, promover y preservar las recetas tradicionales, adem\u00e1s de posicionar al turismo gastron\u00f3mico y potencializar la derrama econ\u00f3mica en este rubro, a fin de permear en las comunidades, lo cual, es una de las directrices del mandatario estatal, Alejandro Armenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yadira Lira destac\u00f3 la asistencia y partici\u00f3n activa de las y los cocineros tradicionales, apunt\u00f3 que para la pr\u00f3xima edici\u00f3n se requerir\u00e1 de una sede m\u00e1s grande, pues este encuentro tuvo gran convocatoria tanto de las y los poblanos, como de turismo nacional e incluso internacional que se dio cita en el Centro Cultural San Roque, donde la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Puebla y la Universidad Interamericana ofrecieron degustaciones a la concurrencia, quien disfrut\u00f3 de bailables de un ballet folkl\u00f3rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"907\" height=\"512\" src=\"https:\/\/losperiodistas.com.mx\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/09ff4a1e-eb51-445c-806e-0a514cab75fd.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-96499\" srcset=\"https:\/\/losperiodistas.com.mx\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/09ff4a1e-eb51-445c-806e-0a514cab75fd.jpeg 907w, https:\/\/losperiodistas.com.mx\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/09ff4a1e-eb51-445c-806e-0a514cab75fd-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/losperiodistas.com.mx\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/09ff4a1e-eb51-445c-806e-0a514cab75fd-768x434.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 907px) 100vw, 907px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos de los platillos que se degustaron fueron el conejo a la penca, dulce de acachul, molotes, mole poblano, pipi\u00e1n rojo, pipi\u00e1n con chilacayotes, tamal de mollejas, tamales de frijol con xocoyoli, pollo en chiltep\u00edn, costilla de cerdo en adobo, tamal tlapaxtamal con mole y nopal, lomo de cerdo en salsa de tejocote, tlayoyos, tamales en hoja de totimoxtle de mole con cerdo y pollo, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las autoridades presentes en el evento estuvieron el subsecretario de Cultura, Emilio Herrera, en representaci\u00f3n de la secretaria de Arte y Cultura Alejandra Pacheco;
