El fruto seco del que hablamos&nbsp;es el&nbsp;<strong>pistacho<\/strong>, un alimento que est\u00e1 muy de moda ahora sobre todo en el mundo de la reposter\u00eda m\u00e1s innovadora. Seg\u00fan la Fundaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Nutrici\u00f3n (FEN), la&nbsp;<strong>porci\u00f3n de pistachos (de unos 30 gramos) contiene unos 6 mg de melatotina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tanto, para aquellos que est\u00e1n sufriendo problemas de sue\u00f1o, a pesar de no ser una f\u00f3rmula m\u00e1gica, es interesante comerlos ya que presentan m\u00faltiples beneficios a la hora de mejorar el descanso por las noches.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre otros beneficios para la salud, el pistacho destaca por ser uno de los frutos secos que concentran&nbsp;un mayor porcentaje de prote\u00ednas y adem\u00e1s contiene un alto contenido de grasas saludables. Otras investigaciones apuntan que el pistacho es un gran aliado para la salud cardiovascular.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo consumir pistachos para combatir el insomnio?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pistachos son unos frutos secos que son ideales para comer entre horas, bien en el almuerzo o la merienda, debido a su aporte energ\u00e9tico. Para conseguir una mejor calidad del sue\u00f1o basta con consumir un&nbsp;<strong>pu\u00f1ado de pistachos<\/strong>&nbsp;y pronto aparecer\u00e1n los resultados y una mayor facilidad para conciliar el sue\u00f1o.
