Los<strong>\u00a0esp\u00e1rragos,\u00a0<\/strong>que contienen fibra,\u00a0vitaminas A,\u00a0C,\u00a0E y K,\u00a0adem\u00e1s de \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y potasio. Otra de las verduras m\u00e1s nutritivas,\u00a0rica en fibra,\u00a0vitaminas A,\u00a0C,\u00a0K,\u00a0\u00e1cido f\u00f3lico,\u00a0hierro y calcio es la\u00a0<strong>espinaca<\/strong>. El\u00a0<strong>pepino<\/strong>, la<strong>\u00a0lechuga<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0<strong>jitomate\u00a0<\/strong>contienen gran cantidad de agua,\u00a0fibra y vitaminas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verduras con \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico alto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas verduras con \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico alto son la&nbsp;<strong>zanahoria, calabaza o betabel cocidos,<\/strong>&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>j\u00edcama<\/strong>&nbsp;o los jugos de verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cocci\u00f3n puede aumentar el IG de algunas verduras,&nbsp;por lo que se recomienda<strong>&nbsp;consumirlas crudas o con poca cocci\u00f3n al vapor o hervidas.<\/strong>&nbsp;Es importante incluir una amplia variedad de verduras en la alimentaci\u00f3n para obtener todos sus beneficios nutricionales.
