Contiene altos niveles de vitamina C, vitamina A, calcio, potasio y magnesio, lo que lo convierte en un alimento muy nutritivo para fortalecer el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, mejorar la digesti\u00f3n y mantener la salud \u00f3sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el nopalito es conocido por su capacidad para reducir los niveles de glucosa en la sangre, lo que lo hace beneficioso para las personas con diabetes. Se puede encontrar en una variedad de formas y colores, desde verde oscuro hasta morado y se cosecha durante todo el a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tan s\u00f3lo en 2022 se produjeron 872,334 toneladas de 2022<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los agricultores mexicanos desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental en la producci\u00f3n de nopalitos, cultivando y cosechando este cactus con cuidado y dedicaci\u00f3n para garantizar su calidad y frescura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Establecimiento de la plantaci\u00f3n<\/td><td>Se selecciona la planta madre de donde se obtendr\u00e1n las pencas; \u00e9sta debe ser sana, con buen porte.Despu\u00e9s de cortarla se debe dejar cicatrizar de 8 a 10 d\u00edas.Se entierra un tercio o la mitad de la penca con una distancia de 4 x 4 m.Luego de hacer la cepa, en el fondo del hoyo se agrega esti\u00e9rcol seco o composta, posteriormente se coloca la penca a trasplantar y se rellena con tierra para finalmente aplicar un riego.Debe evitarse el exceso de humedad y estancamiento de agua debido al riesgo de que se pudra la penca.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Condiciones ed\u00e1ficas y clima<\/td><td>Se adapta muy bien a los ambientes \u00e1ridos y semi\u00e1ridos c\u00e1lidos.Un buen desarrollo se produce con temperaturas medias anuales de 18 \u00b0C a 25 \u00b0C o algo superiores; puede soportar temperaturas m\u00ednimas ocasionales de hasta -10 \u00b0C.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro principal cliente es Estados Unidos, pero llegamos a todos lados: Corea del Sur,
