Cambio de roles en la familia para fomentar el debate y hacer conciencia en actividades que tiene cada uno de los integrantes de la familia<\/li><li>Establecer l\u00edmites y reglas en el hogar, especialmente para padres que actualmente realizan el rol de profesor<\/li><li>Practicar actividades de relajaci\u00f3n, reflexi\u00f3n y\/o meditaci\u00f3n con ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n profunda y comer saludablemente.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En caso de que alg\u00fan miembro de la familia padezca ansiedad y\/o depresi\u00f3n, se propone construir una red de apoyo emocional (familiares, amigos, compa\u00f1eros de trabajo etc.) y llamar al n\u00famero 22 23 40 50 89 para ser atendido por una persona especialista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
