Historias detr\u00e1s del Fog\u00f3n, Guadalupe Lozano Garfias, junto con las cocineras Victoria Contreras Coyote de Cuetzalan, Teresa Jaimez Hern\u00e1ndez de Tlatlauquitepec y Griselda Castillo Dami\u00e1n de Zacapoaxtla, ofrecen platillos locales elaborados con sus recetas t\u00edpicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asistentes a este encuentro, convocado por el Conservatorio Mundial de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana, pueden degustar pollo en ajonjol\u00ed con chiltep\u00edn y pimienta, tamales de frijol con xocoyoli, sopa de hongos seta y tlayoyos cuadrados tradicionales de Cuetzalan; tlayoyos de frijol, alverj\u00f3n y chicharr\u00f3n, as\u00ed como mole poblano, tamales de mole con hongos y carne de cerdo propios de Tlatlauquitepec, y tlayoyos, cemitas y chilpoz\u00f3n de Zacapoaxtla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las cocineras tradicionales, tambi\u00e9n estuvieron productores de mole de Puebla capital, de mezcal de Tehuac\u00e1n y caf\u00e9 El Catador del Pueblo M\u00e1gico de Xicotepec, quienes sostuvieron citas de negocios con empresarios del sector de alimentos y bebidas, para ofrecer la venta de sus productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n de las cocineras tradicionales continuar\u00e1 el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana en la oferta de platillos, y con la intervenci\u00f3n de Teresa Jaimez en una conferencia sobre el turismo gastron\u00f3mico en
