Se celebra el&nbsp;<strong>D\u00eda de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana<\/strong>, con la finalidad de destacar su importancia simb\u00f3lica y cultural, siempre presente en las tradiciones y festividades de ese pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la celebraci\u00f3n de esta efem\u00e9ride nacional se pretende preservar y divulgar el patrimonio cultural ancestral de la cocina mexicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"resTit_1\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el origen del D\u00eda de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El origen y la escogencia de la fecha del\u00a0<strong>D\u00eda de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana<\/strong>\u00a0se remonta al 16 de noviembre del 2010, cuando la\u00a0<strong>Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Educaci\u00f3n, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO)<\/strong>\u00a0declar\u00f3\u00a0<em><strong>Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad a la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana<\/strong><\/em>, en reconocimiento a la diversidad, creatividad y trayectoria del arte culinario mexicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"resTit_2\">La gastronom\u00eda mexicana: una verdadera joya culinaria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda es uno de los pilares de la cultura mexicana, cuyos or\u00edgenes se remontan a conocimientos ancestrales y t\u00e9cnicas culinarias que se han transmitido de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n, formando parte de su identidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ingredientes utilizados en los platos que se preparan en la actualidad provienen del periodo prehisp\u00e1nico, siendo un ejemplo de ello el ma\u00edz, los frijoles y el chile, adem\u00e1s de la introducci\u00f3n de ingredientes asi\u00e1ticos, africanos y europeos, tales como el caf\u00e9, el pl\u00e1tano y la hierbabuena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los condimentos empleados en la preparaci\u00f3n de las comidas se destacan el comino, el achiote, el cilantro y el epazote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda mexicana trasciende fronteras, siendo ampliamente reconocida a nivel internacional. Es una combinaci\u00f3n de olores, sabores y sensaciones \u00fanicas y deliciosas al paladar. Un ejemplo de ello son los tacos, considerados los grandes embajadores de la comida mexicana en el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"resTit_3\">Platos t\u00edpicos emblem\u00e1ticos de M\u00e9xico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n mencionamos los platos t\u00edpicos m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de M\u00e9xico \u00bfLos has probado? Son una verdadera delicia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Burritos:<\/strong>&nbsp;tortillas de ma\u00edz rellenas con carne, pollo, ternera o cerdo, frijoles, arroz y verduras.<\/li><li><strong>Enchiladas:&nbsp;<\/strong>son unas tortillas de ma\u00edz enrolladas y cubiertas con salsa picante, elaborada con chile. Se rellenan con carne, verduras o queso.<\/li><li><strong>Guacamole:&nbsp;<\/strong>salsa elaborada con aguacate y chile verde.<\/li><li><strong>Huevos rancheros:&nbsp;<\/strong>huevos fritos servidos sobre tortillas de ma\u00edz. Generalmente se acompa\u00f1an con una salsa elaborada con chiles, tomates, vegetales picados y frijoles refritos.<\/li><li><strong>Mezcal:<\/strong>&nbsp;bebida elaborada con el coraz\u00f3n del agave, mediante un proceso de destilaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>Mole:<\/strong>&nbsp;salsa preparada con chiles y especias.<\/li><li><strong>Pan de Muerto:<\/strong>&nbsp;es un pan dulce mexicano, aromatizado con un toque de an\u00eds y naranja.<\/li><li><strong>Pozol:&nbsp;<\/strong>es una mezcla de masa fermentada de ma\u00edz, granos de cacao, agua y az\u00facar.
