Asimismo, coment\u00f3 que esta feria tambi\u00e9n beneficia a productores de aguacate, quesos y tortillas, as\u00ed como a sidreros de la zona, que es la bebida tradicional reconocida a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conferencia de prensa, el director general de Turismo de Huejotzingo, Cultura y Educaci\u00f3n, Edgar Aguilar Teyssier, tras agradecer al mandatario estatal por priorizar al turismo como detonador econ\u00f3mico en los municipios, precis\u00f3 que la feria se llevar\u00e1 a cabo en el z\u00f3calo a partir de las 11:00 horas, en la que tambi\u00e9n habr\u00e1 una expo artesanal y una muestra gastron\u00f3mica que incluye berries y sus derivados, as\u00ed como otros platillos de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, aprovech\u00f3 la ocasi\u00f3n para recordar la tradici\u00f3n porc\u00edcola de esta comunidad, pues coment\u00f3 que fue en 1527 cuando Hern\u00e1n Cort\u00e9s puso en marcha la primera granja de este tipo en Am\u00e9rica Latina y, ahora, la mayor\u00eda de la comunidad se dedica a la crianza de traspatio de esta especie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n de los tablajeros participantes, Eddy Ramos Alonso reiter\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n a las y los poblanos para que asistan a Huejotzingo este fin de semana y degusten de este delicioso producto fresco y de calidad, cuyo costo por kilogramo es de 250 pesos o, si lo prefieren, pueden comer un rico taco o cemita de carne surtida \u2013cuero, maciza, costilla y cabeza- a precios accesibles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8211;
