Actualmente est\u00e1 en la sexta posici\u00f3n. Para ello se requiere seguir invirtiendo en la tecnificaci\u00f3n del sector primario para fortalecer la proveedur\u00eda nacional\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n del Consejo Mexicano de la Carne (Comecarne), M\u00e9xico produjo 7.7 millones de toneladas de carne al cierre del 2022 (que incluye: pollo, res y cerdo), que lo coloca en el sexto productor mundial de carne, con aporte de 2.8% al mercado internacional. Nuestro pa\u00eds se sit\u00faa por debajo de Rusia, quien produce 9.9 millones de toneladas, y es el quinto productor de carne, con el aporte de 3.6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9xico produce m\u00e1s carne de res que Rusia, 2.1 millones de toneladas contra 1.3 millones; aunque Rusia genera 4.7 millones de toneladas de pollo contra 3.9 millones de M\u00e9xico; y en Cerdo nuestro pa\u00eds produjo 1.5 millones contra 3.8 de Rusia. Los agroindustriales de cerdo afirman que existe gran potencial para incrementar la producci\u00f3n de este animal, luego de que se importa el 40% de lo consumido por los mexicanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MUPA, surgida durante la contingencia sanitaria del Covid-19, para dar certidumbre sobre el abasto de productos de origen animal, ahora delinea estrategias que promuevan la producci\u00f3n mexicana bajo est\u00e1ndares de cuidado de medio ambiente, bienestar animal, alimentaci\u00f3n animal, as\u00ed como generar impacto econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valadez afirm\u00f3 que ante la ola de \u201cmodas alimenticias\u201d en la cual se evita la prote\u00edna animal, la industria de la carne y sus derivados har\u00e1n campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n y la importancia de la industria. MUPA est\u00e1 conformada por: Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Productores de Carne (AMEG); Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Productores de Leche (AMLAC); Confederaci\u00f3n Nacional de Organizaciones Ganaderas (CNOG); Consejo Mexicano de la Carne (COMECARNE); Consejo Nacional de Fabricantes de Alimentos Balanceados y de la Nutrici\u00f3n Animal (CONAFAB); Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Lecher\u00eda (Femeleche), entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\"
