Lo que vi era que iba a ser muy dif\u00edcil continuar como lo hacemos ahora en Noma diez a\u00f1os m\u00e1s sin que nos comprara una firma con mucho dinero que nos pudiese ayudar en lo que hacemos\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 a la web de Berlingske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y decidi\u00f3 que, para aumentar el foco en la creatividad y reducirlo en la producci\u00f3n, lo mejor ser\u00eda buscar otro fundamento econ\u00f3mico, Noma Projects, un portal de venta de productos gastron\u00f3micos fermentados ideados por su equipo, que se estren\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado con una salsa basada en setas fermentadas y luego ahumada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redzepi revel\u00f3 que el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n de Noma le llevar\u00e1 \u00abentre dos y cuatro a\u00f1os\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn qu\u00e9 forma Noma abrir\u00e1 de nuevo no lo s\u00e9 a\u00fan. Pero dudo que lo haga como un restaurante com\u00fan, que siempre est\u00e1 abierto y en el que puedes reservar mesa.
