el total de delitos no denunciados, as\u00ed como datos de los censos nacionales de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Recomendamos:\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-consulta.com\/nota\/2022-08-23\/seguridad\/percepcion-de-la-impunidad-2022-sin-castigo-99-de-delitos-en-mexico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Percepci\u00f3n de la impunidad 2022: sin castigo 99% de delitos en M\u00e9xico<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udd3b\ud83d\udcca <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/hashtag\/Puebla?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Puebla<\/a> solo estuvo por debajo del Estado de <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/hashtag\/M%C3%A9xico?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#M\u00e9xico<\/a>, Baja California y <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/hashtag\/Veracruz?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Veracruz<\/a>.<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/FAMqBsE5Tf\">https:\/\/t.co\/FAMqBsE5Tf<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/HcygVXPPcv\">pic.twitter.com\/HcygVXPPcv<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Peri\u00f3dico e-consulta (@e_consulta) <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/e_consulta\/status\/1582929487691649024?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 20, 2022<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.x.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta evaluaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>Puebla<\/strong>&nbsp;estuvo debajo del&nbsp;<strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico que tiene un&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00edndice de impunidad de 74.55;&nbsp;<strong>Baja California<\/strong>&nbsp;con 69.84 y&nbsp;<strong>Veracruz<\/strong>&nbsp;con 65.56.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que debajo de la entidad poblana se ubic\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, Jalisco,&nbsp;<strong>Sinaloa<\/strong>, Aguascalientes,&nbsp;<strong>Chiapas<\/strong>&nbsp;y Michoac\u00e1n, en donde el \u00edndice fue de entre&nbsp;<strong>63.65<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>61.99.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los cuatro rubros evaluados sobresale que el peor calificado fue la&nbsp;<strong>funcionalidad del sistema de justicia y de seguridad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impunidad por homicidios en Puebla<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que el porcentaje de&nbsp;<strong>encarcelados por<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>homicidios<\/strong>&nbsp;por investigaciones previas fue del&nbsp;<strong>18.90 por ciento<\/strong>, siendo mucho m\u00e1s bajo que el promedio nacional que fue del&nbsp;<strong>39.41 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Te puede interesar:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-consulta.com\/nota\/2022-10-18\/seguridad\/mas-de-20-bandas-delictivas-operan-en-tecamachalco-y-san-martin-texmelucan\"><em>M\u00e1s de 20 bandas delictivas operan en Tecamachalco y San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este porcentaje,&nbsp;<strong>Puebla<\/strong>&nbsp;se ubic\u00f3 como la&nbsp;<strong>segunda entidad de la naci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;en donde hay m\u00e1s&nbsp;<strong>impunidad en los homicidios<\/strong>. El primer lugar fue para&nbsp;<strong>Tlaxcala<\/strong>&nbsp;en donde el porcentaje fue del&nbsp;<strong>12.06 por ciento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una situaci\u00f3n similar ocurri\u00f3 en el caso de encarcelados por robo de averiguaciones previas pues fue del&nbsp;<strong>33.30 por ciento<\/strong>&nbsp;cuando el promedio nacional fue del&nbsp;<strong>67.53 por ciento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delitos sin denuncia llegan al 91 %<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;<strong>Puebla<\/strong>&nbsp;se estim\u00f3 que el&nbsp;<strong>91.3 por ciento<\/strong>&nbsp;de los delitos no se denuncian, aunque a nivel nacional la situaci\u00f3n es todav\u00eda peor ya que el&nbsp;<strong>91.88 por<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>ciento<\/strong>&nbsp;est\u00e1n en la misma situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el pa\u00eds, sobresali\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>Guerrero<\/strong>&nbsp;ya que el&nbsp;<strong>96.10 por ciento<\/strong>&nbsp;de los delitos no son dados a conocer a las autoridades; en&nbsp;<strong>Oaxaca<\/strong>&nbsp;el porcentaje fue de&nbsp;<strong>95.20<\/strong>&nbsp;y en&nbsp;<strong>Michoac\u00e1n<\/strong>&nbsp;del&nbsp;<strong>95<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Ent\u00e9rate:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-consulta.com\/nota\/2022-10-17\/municipios\/cjng-y-sangre-nueva-zeta-controlan-tres-municipios-en-puebla\"><em>CJNG y Sangre Nueva Zeta controlan tres municipios en Puebla<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrariamente&nbsp;<strong>Colima<\/strong>, Chihuahua y&nbsp;<strong>Baja California Sur<\/strong>&nbsp;tienen los \u00edndices m\u00e1s bajos ya que entre el&nbsp;<strong>84.50 por ciento<\/strong>&nbsp;y el&nbsp;<strong>89.30 por ciento<\/strong>&nbsp;no son denunciados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00f3lo hay 48 polic\u00edas por cada 100 mil habitantes, en Puebla<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que a nivel nacional hay&nbsp;<strong>83.35 polic\u00edas<\/strong>&nbsp;por cada&nbsp;<strong>100 mil habitantes<\/strong>, en&nbsp;<strong>Puebla<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fanicamente hay&nbsp;<strong>48.53.<\/strong>https:\/\/5c24ed62fb9affc0013cc5e64478193c.safeframe.googlesyndication.com\/safeframe\/1-0-38\/html\/container.html<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso del personal en las procuradur\u00edas por cada cien mil habitantes, la entidad poblana est\u00e1 por debajo del promedio de&nbsp;<strong>44.43<\/strong>, pues s\u00f3lo hay 25.99.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una situaci\u00f3n similar se encuentra en el caso de magistrados y jueces por cada cien mil habitantes,&nbsp;<strong>Puebla<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fanicamente tiene 2.02 y a nivel nacional existen 4.36.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-background\"><strong>Recomendamos:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-consulta.com\/nota\/2022-10-15\/seguridad\/un-tercio-de-policias-en-puebla-solo-tuvo-educacion-basica\"><em>Un tercio de polic\u00edas en Puebla s\u00f3lo tuvo educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda estar vinculada con los recursos destinados a la justicia. En&nbsp;<strong>Puebla<\/strong>&nbsp;se destinan&nbsp;<strong>2.13 pesos<\/strong>&nbsp;por habitante para que los cuerpos policiacos realicen sus actividades, mientras que a nivel nacional el monto ascendi\u00f3 a&nbsp;<strong>14.29 pesos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Empeora Puebla en \u00edndice de impunidad en Puebla<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre\u00a0<strong>2016<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>2022<\/strong>, el \u00edndice de impunidad en\u00a0<strong>Puebla<\/strong>\u00a0empeor\u00f3.
