JORNADA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/em>&nbsp;Fue detenido, en Sabinas, Coahuila, Cristian Elior Sol\u00eds Arriaga, presunto responsable de la explotaci\u00f3n ilegal de la mina \u201cEl Pinabete\u201d, en el poblado de Agujita, donde murieron atrapados 10 mineros, en agosto pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) inform\u00f3 que la detenci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo por personal de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (AIC), en la calle Cananea Agujita, Colonia Cosedores, y fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juez de Control adscrito al Centro de Justicia Penal Federal con residencia en Torre\u00f3n, Coahuila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sol\u00eds es acusado de cometer el delito previsto en el art\u00edculo 150, en relaci\u00f3n con el 149, de la Ley General de Bienes Nacionales, que consiste en aprovechar o explotar un bien que pertenece a la Naci\u00f3n, sin haber obtenido previamente concesi\u00f3n, permiso o autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El detenido ya fue presentado a la audiencia inicial, donde sus abogados defensores solicitaron la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, por lo que su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica se determinar\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 29 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, el juez decidi\u00f3 que permanezca en prisi\u00f3n preventiva, en el Centro Federal de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social n\u00famero 18 de Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El delito que se le imputa se castiga con entre 2 a 12 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, m\u00e1s multa de trescientas a mil veces el salario m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa Fiscal\u00eda General de Rep\u00fablica contin\u00faa con la b\u00fasqueda de los otros dos imputados para presentarlos ante la Justicia Federal\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la FGR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
