Todo aquel que visita Espa\u00f1a quiere probarla y, sin embargo, se trata de un plato&nbsp;<strong>de origen humilde nacido en la Albufera de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elconfidencial.com\/viajes\/2017-01-06\/valencia-paella-comer-mercados-tapas-tipicas_1310361\/\">Valencia<\/a><\/strong>. Tal es su popularidad que existen&nbsp;<strong>gran cantidad de variantes<\/strong>&nbsp;adaptadas a los ingredientes de las diferentes regiones de la cocina espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanta es su fama que\u00a0<strong>el Gobierno valenciano la ha declarado\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elconfidencial.com\/espana\/comunidad-valenciana\/2021-11-09\/paella-valenciana-bien-interes-cultural-inmaterial-generalitat_3321090\/\">Bien de Inter\u00e9s Cultural Inmaterial<\/a>\u00a0por ser \u201cel epicentro de la tradici\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica valenciana,\u00a0<strong>un elemento vertebrador<\/strong>\u00a0que, junto con su elaboraci\u00f3n y\u00a0<strong>relevancia cultural<\/strong>\u00a0del territorio espa\u00f1ol, se ha convertido en una de las marcas mundiales m\u00e1s prestigiosas\u201d, seg\u00fan reivindica el decreto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que est\u00e1 claro es que como en Espa\u00f1a, no se come en ning\u00fan sitio. Gusta tanto la paella que&nbsp;<strong>no es de extra\u00f1ar que, viajemos donde viajemos, nos encontremos alg\u00fan restaurante especializado<\/strong>&nbsp;en este t\u00edpico plato valenciano. Sin embargo, muchas veces&nbsp;<strong>cuesta encontrar alg\u00fan parecido con la receta original<\/strong>. Ejemplo de ello es la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elconfidencial.com\/alma-corazon-vida\/2022-07-07\/carta-paellas-restaurante-canada-arrasa-en-twitter_3456787\/\">estramb\u00f3tica carta de paellas de un restaurante de Canad\u00e1<\/a>&nbsp;y que arras\u00f3 en Twitter en pasado mes de julio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Atentado contra la salud<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Incluso pa\u00edses como Egipto\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alimente.elconfidencial.com\/gastronomia-y-cocina\/2019-10-21\/paella-valenciana-en-el-extranjero_1636080\/\">han intentado replicar esta joya gastron\u00f3mica<\/a>, pero tampoco lo han conseguido, pues el resultado no tiene nada que ver con la aut\u00e9ntica paella.
