7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;<strong>trav\u00e9s de 12 sesiones virtuales<\/strong>, organizadas por la&nbsp;<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Cultura<\/strong>, el ciclo anual de conferencias \u201cSaberes y sabores\u201d promover\u00e1 la cultura alimentaria desde&nbsp;<strong>perspectivas de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas<\/strong>, afromexicanos, el feminismo y la diversidad sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este evento, se realizar\u00e1 con el fin de promover el acercamiento de los mexicanos a la&nbsp;<strong>cultura alimentaria del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, a partir de temas como el feminismo, la diversidad sexual, el g\u00e9nero, los pueblos ind\u00edgenas, los afromexicanos, as\u00ed como los&nbsp;<strong>usos sociales y problemas que enfrenta la cocina tradicional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera sesi\u00f3n se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el&nbsp;<strong>13 de abril, a las 12:00 horas<\/strong>, con la participaci\u00f3n de Jinna Herrera Mart\u00ednez, artesana y cocinera tradicional transg\u00e9nero, con el tema \u201c<strong>Cocinas y diversidad de g\u00e9nero\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 27 de abril, a las 12:00 horas, se tratar\u00e1 sobre la elaboraci\u00f3n artesanal de utensilios de cocina; el\u00a0<strong>11 de mayo, Adriana Esquivel, productora de ma\u00edz morado<\/strong>\u00a0presentar\u00e1 la importancia de las mujeres rurales y su papel para llevar los alimentos a la mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 25 de mayo, la cocinera tradicional y pedagoga maya,&nbsp;<strong>Erika Evangelina Puc Ay<\/strong>, compartir\u00e1 los desaf\u00edos de&nbsp;<strong>crear recetarios en lenguas ind\u00edgenas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 29 de junio Martha Soledad Atzin, integrante del&nbsp;<strong>colectivo Mujeres de Humo<\/strong>&nbsp;de la regi\u00f3n del Totonacapan hablar\u00e1 sobre un proyecto elegido por el Fondo Iberoamericano de Cocinas para el&nbsp;<strong>Desarrollo Sostenible del programa Ibercocinas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 27 de julio Araceli M\u00e1rquez, cocinera tradicional de la\u00a0<strong>alcald\u00eda Tl\u00e1huac<\/strong>, hablar\u00e1 sobre la protecci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas naturales protegidas en la capital; el 31 de agosto la antrop\u00f3loga y cocinera tradicional\u00a0<strong>veracruzana Doris Careaga expondr\u00e1 la riqueza gastron\u00f3mica de la cocina afromexicana del estado.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 7 de septiembre, la antrop\u00f3loga social mexicana,&nbsp;<strong>Lourdes Arizpe<\/strong>&nbsp;hablar\u00e1 sobre&nbsp;<strong>mujeres campesinas, cambio global y medio ambiente, y su impacto en la cultura alimentaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 28 de septiembre,&nbsp;<strong>Ver\u00f3nica Candelero<\/strong>, productora de cacao del grupo&nbsp;<strong>Cacaste de Comalcalco, en Tabasco<\/strong>, hablar\u00e1 sobre el valor de este ingrediente en las&nbsp;<strong>cocinas tradicionales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 19 de octubre se presentar\u00e1 una\u00a0<strong>perspectiva feminista y agroecol\u00f3gica a trav\u00e9s de Gisela Illescas<\/strong>, campesina cafeticultora y coordinadora de la organizaci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>FEMCAF\u00c9, de Ixhuatl\u00e1n del Caf\u00e9, en Veracruz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 2 de noviembre en el marco de las festividades por el&nbsp;<strong>D\u00eda de Muertos, Eloina Parra<\/strong>&nbsp;Gonz\u00e1lez, repostera y panadera de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, expondr\u00e1 el simbolismo en la&nbsp;<strong>producci\u00f3n del pan de muerto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para finalizar, el 16 de noviembre,&nbsp;<strong>Abigail Mendoza y Rufina Mendoza<\/strong>, cocineras zapotecas para hablar sobre el emprendimiento dentro de las cocinas tradicionales y compartir\u00e1n an\u00e9cdotas, retos y estrategias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1
