(CNLE), la organizaci\u00f3n celebr\u00f3 que el juzgado haya frenado el llamado \u201cdecretazo\u201d con el que se prohib\u00eda a la ciudadan\u00eda acceder a informaci\u00f3n de las obras realizadas por el gobierno mexicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta suspensi\u00f3n se suma a la resoluci\u00f3n que ya hab\u00eda otorgado el Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (INAI) en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de la suspensi\u00f3n, el Juez de Distrito asegur\u00f3 que \u201cal considerar como de seguridad nacional los proyectos y obras del Gobierno Federal, se traduce en una limitaci\u00f3n en el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n vinculada con esas obras y proyectos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: https:\/\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/nacional\/2022\/02\/28\/juez-concede-suspension-definitiva-contra-decretazo-de-amlo\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Consejo Nacional de Litigio Estrat\u00e9gico celebr\u00f3 que el juzgado haya frenado el llamado \u2018decretazo\u2019.
