Nadia Carolina N. lo habr\u00eda llevado al Centro Penitenciario y se le ubica como visitante frecuente de Antonio N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los custodios Jessica N. y Gerardo N. habr\u00edan colaboraron con Nadia Carolina N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presuntamente Antonio N. es quien instruy\u00f3 la introducci\u00f3n del cuerpo, lo recibi\u00f3 y lo ocult\u00f3, en tanto que Sergio N. lo habr\u00eda depositado en el contenedor de basura<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado cit\u00f3 que este mi\u00e9rcoles, el Juez de Control libr\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Nadia Carolina N. y Jessica N. La Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla solicit\u00f3 audiencia inicial para formularles imputaci\u00f3n por delitos contra la Ley General de Salud, Infracciones a las Leyes y Reglamentos sobre Inhumaciones y Exhumaciones y Encubrimiento. Tambi\u00e9n Jessica N. enfrentar\u00e1 cargos por Incumplimiento de un Deber Legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, la Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla solicitar\u00e1 audiencia para formular imputaci\u00f3n respecto a dos internos: Antonio N. por los delitos de Violaci\u00f3n a la Ley General de Salud, Infracciones a Leyes y Reglamentos sobre Inhumaciones y Exhumaciones y Asociaci\u00f3n Delictuosa; y Sergio N. por los delitos de Violaci\u00f3n a la Ley General de Salud, Encubrimiento y Asociaci\u00f3n Delictuosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el custodio Gerardo N. deber\u00e1 responder por los delitos de Violaci\u00f3n a la Ley General de Salud, Encubrimiento y Asociaci\u00f3n Delictuosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
