Foto: Cuartoscuro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\">BERENICE MART\u00cdNEZ \/ EL SOL DE PUEBLA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Puebla, militantes y simpatizantes de Morena&nbsp;<strong>solo han recabado 13 mil 761 firmas<\/strong>&nbsp;para que proceda la consulta de revocaci\u00f3n de mandato, cifra que&nbsp;<strong>representa el 9.86 por ciento<\/strong>&nbsp;y que es<strong>&nbsp;inferior al 3 por ciento de la lista nominal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) estableci\u00f3 que la entidad d<strong>ebe aportar 139 mil 555 firmas de la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0para llevar a cabo el ejercicio c\u00edvico que determine si el presidente<strong>\u00a0Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador\u00a0<\/strong>debe continuar en el cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsoldepuebla.com.mx\/mexico\/\">M\u00c9XICO<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsoldepuebla.com.mx\/mexico\/por-que-se-retraso-la-revocacion-de-mandato-7632918.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elsoldepuebla.com.mx\/mexico\/67b69a-seria-el-proximo-10-de-abril-del-2022-cuando-los-mexicanos-acudirian-a-las-urnas-para-decidir-si-el-presidente-de-mexico-andres-manuel-lopez-obrador-debe-permanecer-en-el-cargo.jpg\/alternates\/LANDSCAPE_200\/Ser%C3%ADa%20el%20pr%C3%B3ximo%2010%20de%20abril%20del%202022%20cuando%20los%20mexicanos%20acudir%C3%ADan%20a%20las%20urnas%20para%20decidir%20si%20el%20presidente%20de%20M%C3%A9xico,%20Andr%C3%A9s%20Manuel%20L%C3%B3pez%20Obrador,%20debe%20permanecer%20en%20el%20cargo.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"Ser\u00eda el pr\u00f3ximo 10 de abril del 2022 cuando los mexicanos acudir\u00edan a las urnas para decidir si el presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, debe permanecer en el cargo.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsoldepuebla.com.mx\/mexico\/por-que-se-retraso-la-revocacion-de-mandato-7632918.html\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se retras\u00f3 la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato?<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, al corte del 20 de diciembre los promoventes de la consulta&nbsp;<strong>apenas hab\u00edan reunido 13 mil 761 firmas,&nbsp;<\/strong>de acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n que se presenta en el estad\u00edstico general de dispersi\u00f3n para la revocaci\u00f3n de mandato 2021-2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el 25 de diciembre termina el plazo para la recolecci\u00f3n de r\u00fabricas, el pasado viernes el INE determin\u00f3 como medida extraordinaria&nbsp;<strong>posponer temporalmente la realizaci\u00f3n de la revocaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, ante la insuficiencia presupuestal derivada del recorte aprobado por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados para el ejercicio 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo se trata de una suspensi\u00f3n del proceso o de una negativa a cumplir con las obligaciones constitucionales del INE. Es un acuerdo que busca dotar de certeza plena a este ejercicio in\u00e9dito\u201d, dijo el consejero presidente Lorenzo C\u00f3rdova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n el INE promovi\u00f3 el pasado 7 de diciembre una\u00a0<strong>controversia constitucional ante la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>(SCJN) en contra del Presupuesto de Egresos de la Federaci\u00f3n 2022, porque la C\u00e1mara de Diputados recort\u00f3 4 mil 913 millones de pesos al organismo electoral, lo cual a su decir afecta la celebraci\u00f3n de la consulta popular y la revocaci\u00f3n de
