Navidad y A\u00f1o Nuevo, y como parte de las acciones de la estrategia \u00ab\u00a1Que Reviva Puebla!\u00bb, la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo inici\u00f3 la temporada de cocina navide\u00f1a poblana, cuyo objetivo es promover el consumo de productos locales para la preparaci\u00f3n de platillos en estas fiestas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La titular de la dependencia, Marta Ornelas Guerrero reiter\u00f3 la importancia de la gastronom\u00eda en el quehacer tur\u00edstico, una vez que la elecci\u00f3n del destino, est\u00e1 directamente ligada con la oferta gastron\u00f3mica y, en el caso de Puebla, existe gran variedad de productos y platillos que los visitantes pueden disfrutar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mencion\u00f3 el caso del chile en nogada y mole de caderas, que por s\u00ed solos cuentan con una temporada tur\u00edstica muy exitosa; por ello, es necesario difundir la amplia variedad de platos que la cocina poblana ofrece en \u00e9poca decembrina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte de dicha oferta, la chef Patricia Ju\u00e1rez, present\u00f3 ante prestadores de servicios y tour operadores, platillos como la ensalada de col morada (cultivada en San Salvador el Seco), acompa\u00f1ada de zanahoria cosechada en campos de cultivo de Atlixco y Huixcolotla; crema de chile poblano con mousse de elote, cuyos ingredientes proceden principalmente de San Mart\u00edn Texmelucan y Quecholac, adem\u00e1s de queso de Tepeyahualco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plato principal consisti\u00f3 en pierna de cerdo en salsa de tejocote, con pur\u00e9 de camote morado y ejotes con tocino, los ingredientes para su preparaci\u00f3n son originarios de Calpan, Huaquechula y Acatzingo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La chef coment\u00f3 que existen platillos como el mole poblano con romeritos de Huixcolotla y nopales de Acatzingo, acompa\u00f1ados con sidra de Huejotzingo, que son infaltables en las mesas poblanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
