E-CONSULTA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya se han sumado&nbsp;<strong>300 estudiantes<\/strong>&nbsp;a la demanda de un depositario o depositaria judicial, que tenga la funci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>reabrir la UDLAP<\/strong>&nbsp;para el regreso a clases presenciales mientras se resuelve el conflicto entre los dos patronatos que disputan&nbsp;<strong>el control de la instituci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 11 de noviembre padres de familia y estudiantes de la&nbsp;<strong>Universidad de las Am\u00e9ricas Puebla&nbsp;<\/strong>(UDLAP) presentaron la&nbsp;<strong>demanda colectiva<\/strong>&nbsp;ante el juzgado Tercero de Distrito de Amparo Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ricardo Nevarez<\/strong>, uno de los padres que impulsa la demanda, dijo en entrevista que esperan que al menos se sumen otros&nbsp;<strong>600 estudiantes<\/strong>&nbsp;en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que fue aceptada en el juzgado, pero&nbsp;<strong>ser\u00e1 turnado a otro<\/strong>, ya que el que la admiti\u00f3 es parte del&nbsp;<strong>conflicto original entre patronatos<\/strong>, por lo que se determin\u00f3 enviarlo a otro juez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider\u00f3 que en unos d\u00edas se har\u00eda el cambio y habr\u00e1 posibilidades de que a la universidad le&nbsp;<strong>asignen un depositario judicial<\/strong>, el cual no estar\u00eda del lado de ninguna de las partes en conflicto, sino que \u00fanicamente tendr\u00eda la funci\u00f3n de permitir el uso de las instalaciones para el&nbsp;<strong>regreso presencial a clases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Declar\u00f3 que no han hablado sobre esta petici\u00f3n&nbsp;<strong>con ninguno de los dos patronatos&nbsp;<\/strong>que pugnan por la casa de estudios, pero esperan que no haya objeci\u00f3n, pues un depositario judicial dejar\u00eda el cargo en cuanto haya una&nbsp;<strong>sentencia firme sobre el conflicto<\/strong>&nbsp;legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calcul\u00f3 que con esta demanda colectiva las y los estudiantes podr\u00edan regresar al campus en un periodo\u00a0<strong>no mayor a dos meses<\/strong>, con el acompa\u00f1amiento del depositario judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
