src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El tambi\u00e9n creador del proyecto Harina y Sal fue un apasionado investigador gastron\u00f3mico, un impulso que lo llev\u00f3 a explorar ingrediente, formas y sabores en otros territorios como Tlaxcala, Veracruz y Chiapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A principios de este mismo a\u00f1o, el Consejo Editorial de Votantes de M\u00e9xico Gastron\u00f3mico \u2014integrado por 60 personajes influyentes del medio period\u00edstico gastron\u00f3mico, de la sommeler\u00eda y relaciones p\u00fablicas\u2014, reconoci\u00f3 al restaurante Na\u2019 an como uno de los mejores de todo el pa\u00eds, al incluirlo en la Gu\u00eda M\u00e9xico Gastron\u00f3mico 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este espacio de estilo \u00fanico tiene la particularidad de que su men\u00fa cambia constantemente de acuerdo a las estaciones del a\u00f1o y a las temporadas de los productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los motivos que llevaron a los especialistas a elegir el proyecto de vida de Cajero, estuvieron la solidez y constancia en su propuesta gastron\u00f3mica, calidad en el servicio y preparaci\u00f3n de los alimentos, as\u00ed como el involucramiento con la sociedad de forma cooperativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que la propuesta de Cajero fue la de trabajar con ingredientes locales, colaborando mano a mano con productores, artesanos y recolectores, adem\u00e1s de continuar con aut\u00e9nticos procesos artesanales, uso de ingredientes locales y tambi\u00e9n tener un comercio justo tanto para con los productores y colaboradores como con los consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este mismo \u00e1nimo se qued\u00f3 impreso en la panader\u00eda Harina y Sal, en San Andr\u00e9s Cholula, espacio creativo de panader\u00eda artesanal con masa madre a fin elaborar pan de la mejor calidad,&nbsp; lugar que recientemente cumpli\u00f3 un a\u00f1o de apertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Armando ten\u00eda una gran experiencia a nivel internacional, pues se form\u00f3 con grandes restaurantes como el D.O.M ( Brasil) Borag\u00f3 (chile), restaurante central (Per\u00fa), Studio (Dinamarca), y el restaurante in de
