E-CONSULTA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A unas horas de rendir protesta el alcalde electo de Puebla,&nbsp;<strong>Eduardo Rivera P\u00e9rez,<\/strong>&nbsp;present\u00f3 a&nbsp;<strong>Mar\u00eda del Consuelo Cruz Galindo&nbsp;<\/strong>como su secretaria de&nbsp;<strong>Seguridad P\u00fablica<\/strong>, quien tendr\u00e1 que ser ratificada por el Cabildo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En rueda de prensa la noche de este viernes&nbsp;el edil panista explic\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>Cruz Galindo<\/strong>&nbsp;es licenciada en derecho y maestra en amparo y derecho constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que tiene dominio en el \u00e1mbito de&nbsp;<strong>derecho penal&nbsp;<\/strong>y ordenamientos legales vinculados en torno a la administraci\u00f3n de justicia, investigaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n de los delitos, as\u00ed como del nuevo sistema penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es experta en&nbsp;<strong>estrategia de operatividad<\/strong>, evaluaci\u00f3n de control de confianza, atenci\u00f3n de v\u00edctimas de delitos, medios alternos de soluci\u00f3n de conflictos y en programas de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su historial laboral\u00a0se encuentra que\u00a0<strong>fue agente del ministerio p\u00fablico<\/strong>\u00a0de la extinta Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia (PGJ) del estado, hoy la F\u00edscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
