Atole de ma\u00edz morado fermentado\u201d, \u201cLa dieta de la milpa\u201d, \u201cMa\u00edz nativo vs ma\u00edz transg\u00e9nico\u201d y \u201cLa importancia de la diversidad biocultural del ma\u00edz nativo: una lucha por una alimentaci\u00f3n sana desde la semilla\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s la charla \u201cCosmovisi\u00f3n entorno al ma\u00edz: pr\u00e1cticas agr\u00edcolas, alimento y ritual\u201d, la conferencia online gratuita \u201cLas plantas acompa\u00f1antes de la milpa\u201d, y la presentaci\u00f3n de cocina en vivo \u201cMa\u00edz e insectos\u201d con la Chef Abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello se contar\u00e1 con expertos en el tema como la experta en historia Georgina Tachimani; los antrop\u00f3logos Cornelio Hern\u00e1ndez Rojas, Guadalupe Rodr\u00edguez, Rosario Ivette Tecuapetla y Mariana Pacheco V\u00e1zquez, todos de la Benem\u00e9rita Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Puebla (BUAP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la destacada participaci\u00f3n de la cocinera tradicional Mar\u00eda Teresa Sol\u00eds, ganadora del concurso nacional A Qu\u00e9 Sabe la Patria en la categor\u00eda Individual por la preparaci\u00f3n de su atole de ma\u00edz morado fermentado, bebida ancestral de Ixtenco, Tlaxcala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otras actividades con costo son los talleres El uso de los insectos en nuestra cultura; Arte con totomoxtle; Galletas de ma\u00edz azul (pinole) tradicional en comal; Quitemos el ma\u00edz al totomoxtle; Elaboraci\u00f3n de pozol: bebida ancestral tabasque\u00f1a: De la nixtamalizaci\u00f3n a la tortilla; y por \u00faltimo el taller Helado de pinole nitrogenado, snack de palomitas nitrogenadas y merenguitos de pinole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa completo del evento as\u00ed como horarios de las conferencias y costos de los
