Hoy inicia la construcci\u00f3n de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n en el estado, ha quedado atr\u00e1s el proceso electoral y las pasiones que este enciende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRecibo un estado en condiciones desfavorables por muchas circunstancias, la pandemia nos ha tra\u00eddo como consecuencia afectaciones a la salud, la seguridad y otros factores\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
