Adem\u00e1s, inform\u00f3 que <strong>145 v\u00edctimas ya recibieron reparaci\u00f3n integral del da\u00f1o mediante acuerdos reparatorios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la presentaci\u00f3n de resultados, <strong>la fiscal general Ernestina Godoy Ramos<\/strong> explic\u00f3 que la causa principal del siniestro fue una <strong>velocidad negligente atribuible al maquinista<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de la omisi\u00f3n del conductor y <strong>del jefe de despacho, quienes no evitaron el hecho<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-error-humano-causo-siniestro-en-tren-interoceanico\">Error humano caus\u00f3 siniestro en Tren Interoce\u00e1nico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGR indic\u00f3 que, tras integrar cuatro carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n, se acreditaron <strong>los delitos de homicidio y lesiones culposas<\/strong> con la <strong>participaci\u00f3n del maquinista<\/strong>, el conductor y el jefe de despacho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades detallaron que el delito de da\u00f1o en bienes <strong>fue cerrado luego de que la empresa afectada otorg\u00f3 el perd\u00f3n legal correspondiente<\/strong>. Asimismo, el delito de ataques a las v\u00edas generales de comunicaci\u00f3n fue descartado tras los an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peritos en ingenier\u00eda y arquitectura revisaron el estado de la v\u00eda y confirmaron que balasto, durmientes y fijaciones cumpl\u00edan con <strong>las normas oficiales mexicanas<\/strong>, por lo que no exist\u00edan da\u00f1os previos que pudieran <strong>provocar el siniestro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-descartan-fallas-estructurales-y-corrupcion\">Descartan fallas estructurales y corrupci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La dependencia tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que se revisaron <strong>41 contratos p\u00fablicos relacionados con la construcci\u00f3n<\/strong> y mantenimiento de la v\u00eda, mediante auditor\u00edas realizadas por la <strong>Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con <strong>los dict\u00e1menes periciales<\/strong>, tanto la superestructura como <strong>la subestructura ferroviaria<\/strong> cumpl\u00edan con las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas aplicables. Tambi\u00e9n se verific\u00f3 que las locomotoras y <strong>vagones se encontraban en condiciones adecuadas al momento del accidente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos resultados permitieron a las autoridades descartar fallas estructurales o actos de corrupci\u00f3n como causas del siniestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-145-victimas-reciben-reparacion-integral-del-dano\">145 v\u00edctimas reciben reparaci\u00f3n integral del da\u00f1o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGR inform\u00f3 que 145 personas afectadas, entre ellas <strong>114 adultos y 31 ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes<\/strong>, aceptaron concluir el proceso mediante mecanismos de <strong>justicia alternativa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto implic\u00f3 <strong>la firma de acuerdos reparatorios con la empresa responsable<\/strong>, lo que permiti\u00f3 <strong>entregar la reparaci\u00f3n integral<\/strong> del da\u00f1o de manera inmediata a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estas conclusiones, <strong>la Fiscal\u00eda dio por cerrada la investigaci\u00f3n penal<\/strong> en los casos donde se alcanzaron acuerdos, mientras que <strong>las responsabilidades individuales<\/strong> por homicidio y lesiones culposas quedaron acreditadas conforme a las indagatorias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades se\u00f1alaron que <strong>los resultados finales establecen responsabilidades por negligencia operativa<\/strong> y confirman que la infraestructura ferroviaria cumpl\u00eda con la norma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: <a
