Foto Jos\u00e9 Antonio L\u00f3pez \/ Archivo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-27077a07c922aac0b021e57b184930ae\">Emir Olivares Alonso \/ La Jornada<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El vicesecretario de Estado de Estados Unidos Christopher Landau, destac\u00f3 el operativo donde fue abatido el l\u00edder del c\u00e1rtel Jalisco <em>Nueva Generaci\u00f3n<\/em> (<em>CJNG<\/em>), Nemesio Oseguera, <em>El Mencho<\/em>; y afirm\u00f3 que se trata de \u201cun gran avance\u201d para M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y el resto del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es el primer funcionario de alto nivel de la Casa Blanca en pronunciarse por estos hechos, ya confirmados por la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En redes sociales, el vicesecretario de Estado \u2014quien fue embajador de su pa\u00eds en M\u00e9xico durante el primer periodo presidencial de Donald Trump\u2014 se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cMe acaban de informar que las fuerzas de seguridad mexicanas han matado a \u2018El Mencho\u2019, uno de los narcotraficantes m\u00e1s sanguinarios y despiadados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario estadunidense agreg\u00f3: \u201cLos buenos son m\u00e1s fuertes que los malos. Los buenos somos m\u00e1s que los malos. Felicidades a las fuerzas de orden p\u00fablico de la gran naci\u00f3n mexicana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Landau tambi\u00e9n lament\u00f3 los actos de violencia que se han dado en diversos puntos del pa\u00eds a ra\u00edz de la muerte de \u201cEl Moncho\u201d y otros de sus colaboradores durante el operativo de las fuerzas federales mexicanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cVeo las escenas de violencia en M\u00e9xico con gran tristeza y preocupaci\u00f3n. No me sorprende que los malos respondan con terror.
