La Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos Electorales (FISEL) se report\u00f3 sin novedad, a las dos de la tarde de este domingo, cuando ya se registraban como instaladas el 98.5 por ciento de las casillas para la consulta popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jornada.com.mx\/notas\/2021\/08\/01\/galeria_imagenes\/realizan-la-consulta-popular-2021-para-enjuciar-a-expresidentes\/\">GALER\u00cdA: Realizan Consulta Popular sobre desempe\u00f1o de pol\u00edticos del pasado<\/a>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El organismo explic\u00f3 que no hizo un despliegue ministerial extraordinario con motivo de la consulta popular, y solo se solicit\u00f3 que las delegaciones de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) act\u00faen como coadyuvantes en caso de que se registre alg\u00fan incidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que, dado que los partidos pol\u00edticos no intervienen como parte de este proceso de consulta, la vigilancia sobre posibles delitos electorales es menor y m\u00e1s discreta que cuando hay comicios para definir qui\u00e9n ocupa un cargo de elecci\u00f3n popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FISEL se\u00f1al\u00f3 que de cualquier manera, hay delitos electorales que se pueden cometer en el marco de esta consulta, como es el hacer proselitismo o presionar al electorado sobre el sentido de su voto, o bien para que se abstenga de emitirlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para recibir cualquier reporte sobre estas conductas, la FISEL mantiene abierta la l\u00ednea telef\u00f3nica FEDETEL 8008337233 o bien en el sitio de internet\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/fedenet.org.mx\/\">fedenet.org.mx<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: https:\/\/www.jornada.com.mx\/notas\/2021\/08\/01\/politica\/sin-novedad-reporte-de-la-fisel-sobre-consulta-popular\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EDUARDO MURILLO \/ LA JORNADA Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.
