Foto: Archivo\/ EL UNIVERSAL<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ab482743c3a845b5e15541dcdb1cf81d\">Redacci\u00f3n \/ El Universal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fernando Far\u00edas Laguna<\/strong>, contraalmirante de la Marina se\u00f1alado por <strong>delincuencia organizada<\/strong>, no acudi\u00f3 a la audiencia inicial del proceso abierto en su contra por su posible implicaci\u00f3n en el delito de contrabando de combustible, mejor conocido como \u201c<strong>huachicol fiscal<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza federal que lleva el caso cancel\u00f3 la audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n, la cual se iba a llevar a cabo este lunes 20 de octubre, en los juzgados del Penal Federal del \u00ab<strong>Altiplano<\/strong>\u00ab; pero no se present\u00f3 ni el marino hoy pr\u00f3fugo de la justicia ni alg\u00fan representante legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Far\u00edas Laguna<\/strong>, sobrino del exsecretario de la Marina <strong>Rafael Ojeda Dur\u00e1n<\/strong>, durante el periodo del expresidente <strong>Andr\u00e9s<\/strong> <strong>Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong>, le fue revocado el amparo solicitado contra cualquier orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se espera que la audiencia se realice una vez que el contralmirante sea detenido. En tanto, su hermano <strong>Manuel Roberto Far\u00edas Laguna<\/strong>, permanece bajo <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong>. Ambos son se\u00f1alados de encabezar una red de autoridades implicadas en el tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de combustibles en las aduanas a cargo de la Marina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente: <a
