font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; font-style:normal; font-weight:normal; line-height:17px; text-decoration:none;\" target=\"_blank\">Una publicaci\u00f3n compartida de New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) (@thenyic)<\/a><\/p><\/div><\/blockquote>\n<script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p>El video muestra, al menos,<strong> a 20 hombres <\/strong>en una misma celda, en donde, sin camas, tienen que <strong>permanecer tendidos <\/strong>en el piso en lo que parecen ser <strong>s\u00e1banas<\/strong>, que los separan de <strong>acostarse <\/strong>directamente en el <strong>piso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, al interior de la <strong>celda <\/strong>se encuentra el ba\u00f1o, separado \u00fanicamente por <strong>media barda<\/strong> del resto del lugar en donde permanecen los <strong>migrantes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la persona que capt\u00f3 las <strong>im\u00e1genes<\/strong>, se encuentran detenidos en la <strong>oficina 26 Federal Plaza <\/strong>en el <strong>Bajo Manhattan, Estados Unidos<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, ironiza sobre si aquello es el<strong> \u201csue\u00f1o americano\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizaciones civiles denuncian un hacinamiento extremo, a veces en <strong>celdas <\/strong>con m\u00e1s del <strong>doble <\/strong>de su <strong>capacidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El video se da a conocer luego de que la organizaci\u00f3n <strong>Human Rights Watch <\/strong>alertara sobre abusos y <strong>trato degradante <\/strong>en tres centros de <strong>detenci\u00f3n <\/strong>de <strong>Florida<\/strong>. A decir de los relatos recopilados, los agentes del<strong> Servicio de Inmigraci\u00f3n y Control de Aduanas<\/strong> (ICE, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) y los guardias de seguridad de empresas privadas<strong> \u201clos trataban de manera degradante y deshumanizadora\u201d.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos permanecieron esposados dentro de autobuses <strong>\u201cdurante largos periodos, sin comida, agua ni ba\u00f1os funcionales\u201d<\/strong>, o ten\u00edan que dormir en el suelo de cemento helado, sin ropa de cama, <strong>\u201cbajo una luz fluorescente
